Our Terms for Navigators:
As a Team CarePal Navigator, you commit to providing one free session to a caregiver. This session is designed to help them navigate their caregiving journey, utilizing our database of vetted services.
After the initial complimentary session, should the caregiver wish to continue benefiting from your professional services, they are required to establish an independent agreement directly with your professional company. Navigators will also be featured under our ‘Navigator filter option’ in the Team CarePal app.

Agreement for Participation in Team CarePal Database & Navigator Network
Parties Involved:
CND Creations Inc. (hereafter referred to as “Team CarePal”), and
Organization agreeing to the terms laid out in this agreement (hereafter referred to as “Navigator”).
Whereas:
Team CarePal operates the Team CarePal software aimed at supporting caregivers by providing essential resources and guidance. The Navigator offers navigation support that assist caregivers.
Purpose:
To collaborate in supporting caregivers by providing essential resources and guidance, ensuring caregivers can access necessary support efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Navigator: Commit to providing one complimentary session per caregiver, followed by the possibility of continued services under an independent agreement.
Team CarePal: Ensure navigators are properly listed in the Team CarePal app and facilitate connections between caregivers and navigators.
Now, Therefore, the parties agree as follows:
Engagement and Scope
The Navigator agrees to join the Team CarePal Database & Navigator Network and to provide one free consultation session to caregivers referred by the Organization.
The Navigator will offer further services to caregivers at their discretion and under terms agreed directly with the caregiver’s post-initial consultation.
Navigator’s Obligations
Provide accurate and professional advice during consultations.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all shared caregiver information unless otherwise authorized by the caregiver.
Adhere to all applicable laws and professional standards.
Team CarePal’s Obligations
List the Navigator in the Team CarePal software.
Provide the Navigator with necessary information and support to facilitate the provision of services to caregivers.
Promote the Navigator’s services as part of the Team CarePal Network offerings.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the date of last signature and continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice.
Either party may terminate the agreement for cause if the other party breaches any terms of this agreement and fails to cure such breach within 30 days of written notice.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement and for two years following the termination.
Liability
The Navigator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization against any claims arising from negligence or malfeasance of the Navigator.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes under this agreement shall be resolved through mediation prior to any legal proceedings.
Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
In Witness Whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the latest date set forth by clicking I agree to these terms and selecting yes to the navigator option.
