Gerontology-based Aging Navigation services take away the stress, confusion and frustration experienced by anyone trying to navigate and manage age-related challenges but are unsure of what to do and where to begin.
Two types of sessions are available in a variety of convenient and flexible formats depending on the needs of the clients. No referral is required and the older adult does not have to be present during a session.
One-on-one Sessions allow clients to have dedicated time with a Gerontologist who has experience working with older adults and specialized knowledge of aging resources.
Working Sessions are time blocks dedicated to completing age-related tasks or activities for clients unable to complete on their own or need support with. For the majority of working sessions the client does not need to be present.
