Virtual Programming is being offered until further notice. This information will be updated once we start doing programming again. Provides socialization, recreation activities and exercise programs for clients and respite to family caregivers of adults 18+ who are medically stable. Tuesday 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM Friday 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Eligibility Must be a Home Care client over the age of 18. Referral Needed A referral from a Home Care Case Manager is needed. Service Access Referral from a Home Care Case Manager is needed. Wait Times Wait time depends on how urgent the referral is.
