Brief Description Organization

Offers long-term residential care for people who have complex, unpredictable medical needs who require 24 hour on-site registered nurse assessment and / or treatment. Albertans who would like to schedule a visit at participating continuing care sites can visit Continuing Care Visitation Request. Who is eligible to use your service?

Service Languages Interpreter/Translation services Service Access Contact Continuing Care Access 1-855-371-4122 to arrange for an assessment. Home Care nurses assess clients using a standard form. When clients are approved for continuing care, they are added to the waitlist until an appropriate space becomes available. Wait Times Waiting times vary depending on the centre.
