Single session therapy available for clients of all ages 7 days per week by appointment only. Sessions are offered in-person at South Calgary Health Centre (SCHC). A single session of therapy can support individuals needing support with a particular concern or issue. Therapists may consult with one another to provide a collaborative approach. This service utilizes a teaching and consultative model and may have other therapists observing the session. This service does not offer mental health assessment or medication review. There is no access to psychiatry.
