A case manager, who is usually a nurse, will meet with the clients and help decide what services will best support them.
Offers long-term residential care for people who have complex, unpredictable medical needs who require 24 hour on-site registered nurse assessment and / or treatment.
This service offers family or caregivers short-term relief.
Respite services provide caregivers a short period of rest or relief from their caregiving responsibilities. Overnight respite services are offered in a Continuing Care environment and organized through Home Care. A Home Care Case Manager can review respite options available.
