Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership with the province of Alberta. We offer programs and services that contribute to the well-being of our residents, their families, and communities.
Community Compass Program – ties together hundreds of independent social services and programs into a coordinated system to streamline access and help residents navigate community support across the region. The program is a partnership with the Community Foundation of Northern Alberta and the City of Grande Prairie.
Community Programs – Community based programming for all ages
Home Support Program – provides in-home support to families and individuals experiencing disruptions to their normal family routine.
It Takes a Volunteer – recognizes and highlights the commitment of volunteers throughout the County who have donated their time, skills, and knowledge to benefit our residents and communities.
Keep In Touch Program – offers emotional support to seniors to decrease isolation and loneliness helping to improve the condition of seniors’ lives and helping them to flourish.
Seniors Walk and Walk – Keep fit and stay connected. No charge to walk and enjoy a coffee on us.
