Adult Day Programs and Home Support Care. Do you need in-home help to complete daily tasks? The CHATS Home Help program can provide service for up to eight hours a month. Our Home Help program provides in-home support services to assist clients with routine household activities and activities of daily living, such as light housekeeping, household management tasks, shopping, and meal preparation. The focus of CHATS’ Homemaking service is on client ability—supporting older adults to complete tasks independently and assisting with tasks they cannot perform. This program serves clients who are at high risk of losing their ability to live in the community.
