Offers 24/7 residential care for people with complex medical needs. Offers housing and support for adults with a wide range of health issues. Services may include:

• on site care services by HCA, LPN and RN/RPN 24/7
• rehabilitation to support healthy aging
• social work
• nutritious meals and snacks (changes for special needs can be made)
• weekly room cleaning
• care management followed by physician &/or nurse practitioner.
