AgeCare SkyPointe is a unique community that offers high quality, compassionate, resident-centered care in a culturally rich and diverse environment. With the capacity of 352 funded beds, the building is nestled in one of the most multi-cultural areas of Calgary. Hospice Care: A specialized service that provides 24/7 palliative care to those nearing the end of life. The goal of hospice care is to treat the person rather than the disease and focuses on quality of life. Care is led by the Resident Care Manager with the support of a multidisciplinary team that includes a Medical Director, Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Health Care Aides (HCAs), Social Worker (SW), Pharmacist, Dietary Staff, Volunteer Coordinator and Volunteers.
