How does an affiliate make a commission?
Affiliates receive a commission when a caregiver uses their affiliate link to purchase an app subscription. The purchases are tracked in your affiliate portal so you can keep track of your sales.
Explain the commission fees?
Affiliates receive 10% of each subscription they bring in. Because Team Carepal has a pay what you can model, the prices of each subscription may vary. The commission is paid each month the Caregiver continues to renew their subscription.
When do affiliates get paid out?
After the payment has been processed, the affiliates dashboard calculates the commission owed to the affiliate. Affiliates will be paid at the end of every calendar month following the month of the sale. Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
The minimum payment amount is $50. If the balance is below $50, the balance will roll over to the next month and continue to roll over until the $50 minimum is reached.
Can I see my payment history?
A record of the affiliate’s past payments, including the dates, amounts, and payment methods used will be in the dashboard. This feature allows affiliates to track their income and ensure they have received the correct payouts.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, an affiliate can cancel their account at anytime and will be paid out any leftover commission.
