Zolo uses the database to provide custom resources to caregivers. 

Family Caregivers are overwhelmed and often lack the time and capacity to go searching for resources.

In the app, Zolo reduces stress by providing customized suggestions based on a caregivers questions, location and their latest burnout  assessment score (Caregiver Burnout Inventory Tool).

Zolo pulls from Team CarePal’s internal comprehensive,  database containing organizations and training on caregiving best practices.

Next: Follow or Subscribe to Organizations

Click Supports Button and follow or subscribe.

  • Follow: You can openly follow organizations that are listed as public in the app. (Non-Profits)
  • Subscribe: You have to request to subscribe and the organization will review it. (Senior Homes, Coaches)
  • Unsubscribe & Unfollow: You can unsusbcribe or unfollow whenever you want.

*Organizations never see any information posted inside the app between you and your family & friends. Your privacy is very important to us.*

After you Follow/Subscribe: 

  • Resources: You will have access to their resources listed in your app.
  • Courses: Some coaches and organizations will deliver courses to guide you. (Dementia courses)
  • Events: Some organizations will send you events into your calendar for you to see and RSVP to.
  • Updates: Some Continuing care organizations will send updates on your loved one.
  • Surveys: Organizations can send surveys into yor app. (Family Satisfaction Surveys and others).
  • Messanger; Some organizations may message you in the app for better comunication and support.

Finally, don’t forget to invite your friends and family.

The best way to reduce caregiver burnout is to include your support network. Family and friends can help.
